Battle Staff found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. The Salamander has a Dark Red tint.
The Salamander is the fire Sorceress follow-up to 
Bane Ash. +2 to Fire Skills and +2 to 
Fire Ball combine for four effective levels of Fire Ball at required level 21, and +3 to 
Warmth raises mana regeneration. The Adds 15-32 Fire Damage only applies to melee hits with the staff, so a caster never sees it.
